Log In
Enter your email address and password and click on the 'Login' button. If you do not have an account, click the 'Create an account' link. If you have forgotten your password, click on the 'Forgot Password' link.

Creating an account
Click on the 'Create an account' link from the Login page. The next screen will allow you to create a new ParentPay account. Your name, email, and password are required. Passwords must contain at least 8 characters, at least one upper case letter, at least one lower case letter, and at least one digit.

Resetting your password
If you have forgotten your password, you may reset it by clicking on the 'Forgot Password' link on the Login page. Enter the same email address that you used to create your account. You will then receive a link in your email to reset your password.

Logging in TouchNet
In the list of students that you have claimed below, click on the 'Select' button in the same row. You will then be logged in TouchNet under the student's account.

Claiming a new student
Go to the 'Claims' page and click on the button 'New Claim' at the bottom of the page. Enter the LNumber and the date of birth of the student in the appropriate boxes. If a student is found, a message with the student's name will display at the bottom of the page. You cannot claim a student that has already been claimed by someone else.

Changing your password
Click on the 'Change password' link located at the top right of any page and enter all the required information.
